If you are an existing patient, follow these steps to access your records

Click the Get Started button below to open the Clearpath Portal
Login if you are an existing user or follow the steps to create a new account.2
Securely access, view, or share your results & images with your provider
Allow your care team to collaborate efficiently, with imaging studies available when your providers need them.3

Once logged in, records can be requested via the Request Records tab. Follow these simple steps to get started.

If you are a new patient, follow these steps to access your records

After completing your exam, you will receive an email from Clearpath
Follow the instructions within the email to create a new account or login if you are an existing Clearpath user.2
Once your account is created, you can view your results & images
Depending on the type of exam, results can take between 48 to 72 hours to process and show up in your account.3
